By creating a workspace or using Pulse360 (including the public demo), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Pulse360 is a Customer Success dashboard that helps teams track account health, surface AI-generated insights, and prepare for renewals and QBRs. A public demo workspace is available without an account; creating your own workspace requires signing up.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for actions taken under your account. Workspace admins are responsible for managing who else has access to their workspace.
Don't use Pulse360 to store data you don't have the right to store, to attempt to access another workspace's data, or to abuse public endpoints (including the webhook and integration APIs) in a way that degrades the service for others.
You retain ownership of the account, contact, and workspace data you or your connected integrations put into Pulse360. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Insights, QBR briefs, and portfolio summaries are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with a customer.
If you connect a third-party tool (Zendesk, Salesforce, Stripe, etc.), you are responsible for having the right to share that data with Pulse360 and for complying with that provider's own terms.
Pulse360 is an early-stage product provided "as is", without warranty of any kind and without an uptime SLA. Features may change or be discontinued.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may delete your account and workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.
[Jurisdiction — to be finalized before this page is relied on as a real agreement.]
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
