Why do Starter and Team lead to a form instead of instant checkout?: Pulse360 is solo-built and doesn't have self-serve billing live yet. Founding members are onboarded personally, by the founder, while spots last.
What happens if I go over my AI insight cap?: Nothing breaks. Above the monthly guide, insight generation degrades gracefully. It never hard-blocks your workspace.
What counts as a "connector"?: Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Stripe, and Metabase each count as one connector. The webhook receiver and Zapier/Make are separate from this count.
